Entry: confession booth. August 16, 2009





You know what? Its time for some real blogging, a real heart-to-heart. I think my soul is in need of a bit of detox.

1. I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been. Over the past two years I've gained a lot of weight. I'm not comfortable with the way I look and although I'm not morbidly obese, I'm definitely not skinny and I'd like to be. i have fat arms.

2. I enjoy makeup, its fun to use and fun to learn about but for the most part I like it because I don't like myself without it. Only my family, close friends and the boyfriend - people who I know won't judge me - have the misfortune of seeing me wake up bare faced with crazy bed hair and morning breath haha. Disgusting? Yeah well that's why you haven't seen it.

3. I don't consider myself as an intelligent person. I have to study very hard to get decent results but that doesn't mean I don't try. I'm just not that smart.

4. When I hop on the internet in my spare time, I will most likely end up facebook stalking. I may have been an old, creepy internet predator in a past life, I know more about some people than I should haha ;)

5. Only recently have I realized that life had a lot to do with bitching and gossip - now I don't remember life without it. The outrageous things some girls do just don't come as a surprise to me anymore haha.

Okay so I only had 5 confessions for now, but I feel better already.

I received about only 2 requests to post up my recent purchases haha, So before I make up my mind whether to go through with it or not, I'm warning you guys that entry will be a big bulk of pictures. Worth your download limit? Yes/No?

Ahh I'm so glad I read your blog before I went out and purchased the Revlon lippies, so thank you for saving me the money I will now consider putting towards something more worthwhile.

You're very brave for being so honest. For some ppl, putting on weight as you get older is part of the maturing process as stupid and inconvenient as it may be. I'm also constantly scrutinizing how I look and how much I weigh so I understand your pains completely. TBH, I think you look fantastic (like everyone else has said already) but if you really want to target this issue, it's important you're not doing obsessively but rather, incorporating eating better and exercising as part of your lifestyle. Otherwise you might end up hurting yourself emotionally as well as physically.

And I also vote for a purchase post. Because I also have stalk-erish tendencies just like you!

errrr dont act like you actually believe those things are true annie. we all know that youre perfect in every way ok!

1. fmd if you think you need to lose weight..wait till you see me...

2. ive been visiting your blog even back before you started even using eyeliner annie.. and you've always been beautiful

3. nobody can get to where they want to be without working hard but in my opinion you really underestimate yourself, a lot of people would kill to get to where you are at annie! i know so many people who put down business at UTS as their first choice and didn't get in. you're at a good place girl!

4. thought i was the only one that facebook stalked LOL!!

5. sigh.. girls will be girls! just embrace the good ones and forget the bad ones!

annnnnnieo i like that you assure the rest of the world that you're not superwoman. i think ur beautiful though :) w/ or w/o makeup. even back in the gross tb days, anyway, yes to purchases!

ive been told that having that extra bit of meat makes you sexier in bed - what kinda boy would want to grab onto skin & bones?

Honestly annieo you are stunning & i am perplexed as to why you cannot see that yourself!
I vote yes for the recent purchases post & would also like to request a makeup tutorial on your go-to clubbing look (entire face, not just eyes) if you have time =)

AHhAHha i completely relate to your confessions annie. i 'facebook stalk' alll the time and mostly its people that i hate so i hav no idea why i keep visiting their pages but i do ROFLS & i also confess that i stalk your blog :P please do the purchases post ! my vote goes for yes too !
